Scheurich is very known because of it's richly decorated tall floor vases. Sizes of these decorated vases were 38, 45 and 52 cm.

Some are known to have horses,  bulls, dragons, Romanesque ssettings and so on.

Here some exeamples:

Also very decorative are the zig-zag patterned vases.

Ruscha Ceramic wall tiles

Ruscha made some spectacular wall tiles. These are the larger tiles with highly graphical pictures of mainly horses and that of Roman chariots. They were made around 1970.

The so called mushrooms feature a 3D element. The ceramic mushrooms are laid on top of the tile or plate (both square and round) and then glazed bright orange.

Ruscha Bull

It is not a vas but a fantastic piece of art pottery: the bull figure by Ruscha, designed by Kurt Tschorner.

It came in various sized and glazings.  Most common is the bull with length of 32cm and 23 cm. it was also made about 24cm long and 15cm high. The largest I have seen so far is 40cm long and about 30ccm tall.

Some of of them have the typical Vulcono glazing like the left one below.

Besides the bull, Ruscha also produced an number of other animal figures like a polar bear, a dog, a bambi, an elephant.
