Term and conditions apply for the use of the FATLAVA.NL WEBSHOP.
The Products:
All products are described as good as possible and fotographicaly documented. All products are used itesm of considerable age ranging from 1950 up till the early eighties. The products do represent an esthetic use only.
The Seller:
Fatlava.nl is a private person collecting and selling it's private Fat Lava and asociated ceramic objects.
Availabilty of the items:
We try to updat the stocklist immedialty after a sale has taken place. With almost simultanious orders it may accur that an item is no longer instock.
Prices and payment:
All prices are mentioned in Euro's. Prices are excluding shipping cost and includes packaging and handling.
Preffered method of payment is by use of paypal. On request payment can be made by Bank Transfer or Western Union.
Shipping and handling
During checkout you can chose your distination (NL, EU or WORLD) to determin shipping fees. All shipping will standard be insured, except within the Netherlands. In case you have either a different location or wish Epress Services, please inquiry before you make the purchase. All items are shipped from the Netherlands. All shipping fee are determined according TNT post. There is no additional handling fee.
In case a package turns out to of a different category in shipping weight or destination this will be corrected, either billed or refunded.
Shipping will be processed after payment has been received.
All items will be boxed. Within the box there will be a polystyreen internal lining and be filled with shock absorbing material such as bubble foam, polystyreen chips or alike. The box will be labelled " Handle with care" of "Fragile".
Identity protection:
Any information given throught the checkout system is considered privat information with the sole purpose to complete the purchase, payment and shipping of the product. Fatlava.nl will never forward this information to third parties or for any other commercial activities by third parties.
Guarantee en returns:
Claims on damaged goods or non compliency with the product description should be made within 24 hours after receiving the item(s) accompanied with the puchase confirmation. Returns are possible with shipping charges for the buyers expense.
